If you are using EngiCalc on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the application. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
EngiCalc is a professional-grade engineering calculator suite developed and maintained by BlueChip Concepts India Private Limited in Coimbatore, India. The application provides over 50 calculation tools across four modules:
EngiCalc is provided as a web application accessible at engicalc.bccipl.com and as an Android application on the Google Play Store. Certain features may require a one-time or subscription payment.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of EngiCalc at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
EngiCalc calculations are provided for educational and reference purposes only. Results produced by any calculator within EngiCalc are NOT a substitute for professional engineering judgment, advice, or analysis by a qualified and licensed engineer, scientist, or other professional.
You must independently verify all calculation results before relying upon them for any engineering design, construction, manufacturing, scientific, or other professional purpose. BCCIPL expressly disclaims all liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in calculation results and for any loss, damage, injury, or harm arising from reliance on those results.

Financial calculators within EngiCalc (including but not limited to: EMI Calculator, Loan Calculator, GST Calculator, Savings Calculator, Currency Converter, Discount Calculator, and MRP Calculator) do NOT constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any other professional financial service.
Results provided by financial calculators are indicative estimates only. Actual figures may differ based on lender terms, applicable tax rates (which change over time), currency exchange rates, bank charges, regulatory requirements, and other factors. Always consult a qualified financial advisor, chartered accountant, or tax professional before making financial decisions.
BCCIPL is not a registered financial institution, SEBI-registered investment advisor, or licensed financial services provider. No information provided by EngiCalc constitutes a solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
Health-related calculators within EngiCalc (including but not limited to: BMI Calculator) do NOT constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
BMI and other health metrics are general screening tools with significant limitations. They do not account for muscle mass, bone density, body composition, age-related factors, ethnic differences, or underlying medical conditions. EngiCalc and all of its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to: the application design, user interface, calculation algorithms, formula implementations, source code, trademarks, trade names, logos, and graphical assets — are the exclusive intellectual property of BlueChip Concepts India Private Limited and are protected under:
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use EngiCalc solely for its intended purpose (performing engineering, scientific, or general-purpose calculations) in accordance with these Terms.

Certain premium features within EngiCalc may require a one-time purchase or subscription payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Refund Policy: Digital goods (feature unlocks) are generally non-refundable once activated, as the service is immediately delivered. Refunds may be considered at BCCIPL's sole discretion in the case of: (a) technical failure preventing feature access; or (b) duplicate charges caused by a system error. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to NPD@BCCIPL.COM with your purchase confirmation.
For Android Play Store purchases, refund eligibility is also subject to Google Play's refund policies.
The free tier of EngiCalc displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. By using the free tier, you acknowledge that you may see advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements and do not endorse any products or services advertised within EngiCalc.
EngiCalc is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BCCIPL expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlueChip Concepts India Private Limited and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, personal injury, property damage, or any other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with:
In any case, BCCIPL's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of EngiCalc shall not exceed the amount you paid to BCCIPL in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred), whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BlueChip Concepts India Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or access to EngiCalc; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any harm caused by your reliance on EngiCalc's calculation results.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of EngiCalc shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. You hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact BCCIPL at NPD@BCCIPL.COM and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or concern within 30 business days.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved by arbitration conducted in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with proceedings conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
We may suspend or terminate your access to EngiCalc at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using EngiCalc at any time. On Android, you may uninstall the application to cease use.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 shall survive termination of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (accessible at engicalc.bccipl.com/privacy), constitute the entire agreement between you and BCCIPL with respect to EngiCalc and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
